Erika joined Silver Lane Advisors in 2007. She leads the firm's alternatives practice, and advises on transactions involving traditional institutional and wealth managers. In 2003, Erika co-founded Alternative Access Capital, LLC ("AAC"), a private placement firm specializing in marketing and capital raising for hedge funds and fund of funds.

Prior to forming AAC, Ms. Cramer was a Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for the U.S. Trust Company. She joined U.S. Trust in 2001, and was responsible for the development and execution of the company's national expansion plan, including acquisitions, de novo operations and lift-outs. Her role also involved working with the in-house mergers and acquisitions team at Charles Schwab and analyzing cross firm acquisition opportunities.

Previously, Erika spent ten years at Berkshire Capital. She left as a Director and Partner and was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and valuation advisory work in all sectors of the asset management industry.

Erika is a member of the 100 Women in Hedge Funds and Second Shift. She is a volunteer for the March of Dimes and speaks publicly on raising awareness of pre-term labor and preemie development. An active member in her local community, she has served in roles such as the President of the Byram Hills Bi-Partisan Nominating Election Committee and a Committee Member of the Windmill Club, Inc.

Erika earned an MBA from Pace University and a BA in finance from West Virginia University. She is also a General Securities Principal. She has completed four marathons, several triathlons and enjoys skiing, tennis and the ballet. She is married with two girls and lives in Armonk, NY.
